    SSC MTS Selection Process

    • Candidates who meet the cut-off prescribed by the Commission in Paper-I for different categories, will be shortlisted for appearing in Paper-II.

    • Paper-II will only be of qualifying nature. However, marks scored by the candidates in Paper-II will be used to decide merit in case more than one candidate scores equal normalized marks in Paper-I.

    SSC CGL Selection Process

    • Minimum qualifying marks: UR (30%), OBC/EWS (25%) & Others: 20% for all three tiers.

    • Tier-wise Selection:

    (i) Marks in Tier-I will decide merit for Tier-II and Tier-III Exams appearance.

    (ii) Aggregate performance in Tier-I & Tier-II Exams, will decide for evaluation of Tier-III Exam. If not qualified in Tier-II candidates will not be eligible for Tier-III & further selection process.

    (iii) If qualified in Tier-I, Tier-II & Tier-III Exams, candidates will appear in Document Verification and Skill Tests (CPT & DEST).
