Hello,

Firstly IGNOU is a recognized university, and the degree it offers is valid for the purpose of  higher education and government exams, now coming to your question, as from your profile it seems you're an arts aspirant in graduation, the eligibility criteria for AFCAT Flying Branch is passed 10+2 from a recognized board having studied maths and physics securing 50% marks in each at 10+2 level, also candidates need to have 60% aggregate in graduation also which can be from any discipline from a recognized university, the age limit is 20 to 24 years regarding this, if you haven't studied the required subject with its respective aggregate at 10+2 level then you're not eligible for this post,

you won't be eligible for ground duty technical branch as engineering graduates can only apply regarding this,

however if you have secured 60% in graduation, and fall within the age limit of 20 to 26 years then you can apply for administration/logistics branch, check out the complete details at https://afcat.cdac.in/AFCAT/CareerAsPerBranches.html
