UPSC IAS Result 2025 - Prelims Score Calculation
UPSC IAS 2025 result is released by the Commission at upsc.gov.in for all the stages of the exam. The prelims IAS exam 2025 has two papers of 400 marks while the mains papers are 2350 marks in total. The UPSC prelims is qualifying in nature. The main exam has nine papers out of which two language papers are qualifying in nature. The score calculation formula for prelims is given below.
- The score for prelims GS 1 = Number of correct answers X 2 - Number of incorrect responses x 0.66
- The score for prelims GS 2 = Number of correct answers X 2.5 - Number of incorrect responses x 0.83
