Minimum one-year research experience in any recognized university or recognized Research Institution (or) Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or Institute.

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 60 in mathematics in the 12th grade OR Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with Statistics as one of the graduating subjects

Statistical Investigator Grade-II

Bachelor's degree in any field from a recognised organization, with Statistics as one of the required disciplines.

Ex-servicemen including commissioned Officers and ECOs/ SSCOs must have at least 5 years of Military Service as on the last date of receipt of SSC CGL application and must have been released on: completion of the assignment/ account of physical disability due to Military Service/ invalided
