The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announces how many students applied for the CTET exam on the official website after closing the CTET 2026 application form on December 18, 2025. Total of 25,30,436 candidates applied for the CTET exam in the duration of 22 days. In the last three days that is on December 16, 17, and 18, 2025 the registrations were 193,182, 3,53,218 and 414,981, respectively.
